Piedmont Triad Farmers Market Fall Craft Fair Vendor Info by Country Cupboard Crafts, LLC

Participants: Persons who design, make, and sell their own handcrafted items.

Regulations:
•    NO trademarked, copyrighted, or patented items may be sold. If trademarked/licensed items (college sports, athletics, Disney, etc.) are found in your booth, those items will be removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will have no part of trademark/licensing violations.
•    No resale. No commercial. No Supplies/kits.
•    ALL items must be handmade by vendor/s on site and in attendance.
•    Every vendor must be juried. (see below)
•    NO early shut-down.
•    No dogs, except service dogs.

Selection: All participants (including those sharing booths) must submit at least 3 color photos of works being sold. One photo needs to be an overall view of the booth setup. Please label photos with your name. Participants will be selected by jury, based on quality workmanship. These can be submitted via regular mail or e-mail. If your crafting is known to us (Kernersville Folly, KACG, Gingerbread Craft Fair, and various other craft shows/affiliations) we can perhaps forgo the pictures, since we are familiar with your quality & workmanship. Booth: Booth spaces are approximately 12 ft x 12 ft. Parking for one vehicle is provided with the space. Only cars and trucks less than twenty feet long will be permitted in the Craft Fair area. Larger vehicles or those with trailers need to park in other designated areas.  Each exhibitor is responsible for all booth equipment. Remember this is an outside show with ALL spaces located outside, prepare accordingly. ALL TENTS MUST BE STAKED AND/OR WEIGHTED. We will be checking /helping to make sure before you leave. Spaces are limited to 2 spaces per applicant. No electricity is available. Booths must be manned at all times during show hours. Farmers Market and/or Country Cupboard Crafts does not accept responsibility for items which are lost, stolen, or damaged. Heavy overnight rains& blowing winds may create problems for items susceptible to moisture & damaging winds. You may wish to remove these items each evening before leaving the Market area. Merchandise, tables, chairs, tents, & other display equipment are the responsibility of the vendors. There is Security on the premises 24/7.

Times:                                                  Friday & Saturday------ 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
                                                            Sunday---------11:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Setup begins Thursday (October 11) afternoon at 2:00.  All spaces need to be set-up and ready for business Friday morning at 9:00 a.m.  Garbage & debris needs to be out of your area & cleanliness maintained at all times. All spaces will be assigned. This avoids side by side product duplication & allows us to work with the topography. If you have a space request, jot it on the application & we’ll take into consideration.                               
No breakdown before 5:00 PM on any day. Vendors breaking down early, leaving early, or not showing up for their scheduled days, will not be asked back to participate in future shows.

LOOK!! LOOK!! The Farmers Market Craft Fair is still a three (3) day event, however; IF you prefer to participate only two days, you may do so. You MUST participate on Saturday. If you have a schedule conflict & can’t do Friday or Sunday....let us know (mark it on your application) so we can work the set-up with as few empty spaces as possible. We must know the days you plan to participate at time of application! The Show fee remains $100.00 whether you participate 2 days or 3 days.

Deadline: The deadline for applications is October 5, 2012. There are a limited number of spaces available. The spaces will be filled on a first come-first serve basis.

Confirmation: Confirmation will be immediate, however; info packets, space assignments, etc. will be e-mailed a few days prior to the show. We much prefer communication via e-mail. If at all possible, please furnish e-mail address or feel free to give us a call with any questions.

*** There is no rain date. The Farmers Market Craft Fair will be held regardless of weather. All revenues received with the applications for this event are used to cover costs. No refunds will be made.
